Important information when booking your flights
➤ When you arrive at Kota Bharu Airport, please allow around 40 minutes to get out of the airport, followed by a 1 hour to 1 hour 20 minute taxi ride to the jetty.
For this reason, we strongly recommend booking a flight that arrives no later than 1:00 PM, so you can catch the last boat at 4:00 PM.
➤ If your flight arrives after 1:00 PM, you may not be able to reach the islands on the same day.
➤ For your return flight, please note that the first boat leaves the island at 8:00 AM and arrives on the mainland at around 9:00 AM. After that, please allow another 1 hour to 1 hour 20 minutes by taxi to the airport.
➤ We therefore recommend booking your return flight from 12:00 PM onwards, so you can arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before departure.
